Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Outer Bank Excursion
organized by Edutainment Productions Inc. at OSA. I understand and accept that travel and participation in
public events may involve risks, including but not limited to transportation accidents, personal injury, theft,
illness, or other. unforeseen circumstances.

I assume all risks associated with participation in this excursion and agree that Edutainment Productions Inc.
at OSA, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any personal injury,
illness, property damage, or loss that may occur during, en route to/from, or in connection with this event.

Cancellation Policy​

• Cancellations & Refunds:

  • This trip is non refundable after August 5th 2025 as all accommodations would have been made. 

 

Medical and Emergency Care

 I certify that I am in good health and able to participate in this trip. In the event of an emergency, I authorize
the organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf and agree to be financially responsible for any
resulting expenses.

Conduct & Liability

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.

• All participants must be 18 years of age or older or have a chaperon of legal age who is fully responsible for their well being to accompany. 

• Any damage to hotel rooms, buses, or event venues caused by a participant will be their financial responsibility.

• Alcohol consumption is prohibited for participants under 21 years of age.

• Edutainment and its organizers are not liable for personal injury, lost/stolen items, or missed activities due to personal negligence.

Media Release

By participating in this trip, you grant permission for Edutainment to use photos/videos of the trip for promotional and archival purposes.​
