Join Edutainment Productions at Open Space Arts to host CJ Davis, a local Mexican American Artist & Author, for our Hispanic Heritage Month Book Signing and Artist Talk. It Is on Friday, September 13th from 7pm-9pm at Open Space Arts Gallery In Stonebridge Shopping Center.
CJ Davis is a Mexican American artist and a survivor of domestic violence ready to share her story. In Resurrection, Returning to Roots from Trauma, she creates an accessible, educational narrative about her experience, hoping to empower others with similar histories and illuminating the unacknowledged struggles of trauma. In this narrative, she explores the healing power of art. Her book is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble as a paperback and an e-book.
