Terms and Conditions for Vendors

By participating in the Open Space Art Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You are responsible for insuring your property during the vendor period or overnight storage

• You assume full responsibility and liability for loss or damage to your property.

• You will be responsible for your own delivery and pickup of your property.

• Goods and Property must be brought in via the back door of the art center.

• Whether you show up or not, your spot as a vendor is booked and non-refundable upon the date/s requested

• You must take all goods and property with you upon completion of your sales period as a vendor. The Art Center does not hold items. Failure to call or notify staff will result in us tossing what is left behind, deemed as undesirable. 

• Prince William County Arts Council and Edutainment Productions support artists from diverse cultural, ethnic, and sexual backgrounds. They do not discriminate based on age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, or ability/disability.

• By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
